"Xīn nián kuài lè! – Happy New Year!

In light of Chinese New Year, Shuhui (Yvonnex) Yang and Fengzhang (Marie) Wang, roommates and sophomores in Syracuse University from China, shared their culinary experiences with us. Like most college students, learning to cook brought them back to their family homes and was a first step to independence.
